Comcare Approved Health and Safety Representative Training - Initial 5-Day Course
This is a Comcare approved Health and Safety Representative (HSR) course. The course meets the requirements for HSR training under the Commonwealth Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
Health and safety representatives (HSRs) working under the Comcare scheme are entitled to attend:
an initial five-day course of training
one day of refresher training each year.
This training must be provided by a Comcare-approved training provider. HSRs have the freedom to choose their own Comcare-approved training courses.
Health and Safety Committee Training - Queensland
This course aims to provide participants with relevant information about Health and Safety Committees (HSC), including the legislative basis (Queensland) for the establishment and functions of an HSC and obligations to HSC members.
Participants will be given the opportunity to explore HSC roles and responsibilities and how consultation and communication can contribute to the effective functioning of an HSC.
